I bring over 10 years of experience in coaching and mentoring senior designers and design managers and am a registered ADPList mentor. I specialise in design strategy, stakeholder management, and design leadership skills, including building visions, influencing, getting buy-in, and leading initiatives. Additionally, I can assist with tough decisions such as promotions, coaching plans, and firing, as well as self-care for design leaders.
